One of the secrets to our success has been that we make every effort to stock all available Plantronics replacement headset parts. We keep parts and accessories in stock for obsolete headset models as well as parts and accessories for the models as soon as they are available from Plantronics. Part number often change, so if you do not see what you are looking for on our site, please contact us with your request, and we will let you know whether we have it in stock. In the rare instance that we are on backorder for a product, we will make every effort to get it to you based on your timeframe.
If you need any parts or accessories for any Plantronics, Polycom, Listen, Clarity, Teledex, or the scores of other products that we sell, and you cannot find them on our website, please call us or fill our our contact form. We will let you know if we have it in stock or how long it will take to get it.
SERVICE AND REPAIR
Headset Experts has a 24-year reputation for providing quality service and quick turnaround on service requests. As a Plantronics authorized distributor, we maintain over a half million dollar inventory of Plantronics products and spare parts.
Plantronics headsets are known for their reliability and are very easy to maintain - but all products occasionally require some attention. If your Plantronics headset needs service, we offer a highly cost-effective way to get your headset back in pristine condition. Simply return the headset to Headset Experts, and for a flat fee (generally ranging from $42.50 to $79 for wired office headsets), we will send you a factory reconditioned replacement headset within 48 hours of receipt. Our service specialists use only Plantronics original factory parts so that every replacement headset performs as well as the day it was made. Please advise us by Email (email@example.com) or phone of your intent to return your headset for service so we may give you a Service Authorization Number (SAN).
We are so confident of our high quality repair work that we give an additional one year repair warranty with every replacement headset. In the unlikely event the replacement headset fails within the one year period, then the second repair is completely free.
