Add a colorful accent to your mobile gear with the fashionable style and clear communication of the Plantronics Discovery 925 Bluetooth headset. Offering simple-to-use functionality and customizable comfort, the Discovery 925 stands out with a silver diamond earpiece that, when in use, is accented with a subtle splash of color in its interior. The microphone extends along the side of your face with an open design, avoiding the bulky look of some Bluetooth headsets. Ultra-lightweight at just 8 grams (0.3 ounces), it can be worn in either ear and it comes with three earpieces for a range of fit.

Innovative Charging Case

The Discovery 925 uses a rechargeable lithium ion battery that will provide up to five hours of talk time and up to seven days of standby off a single charge. Staying connected is effortless with the included, innovative carrying case that recharges the earpiece on the go. The carrying case is sturdy but stylish case that not only protects the headset from everyday hazards, but will also keep your headset charged. Charging the case is simple, the included AC charger or USB cable can charge the case directly with or without the headset in place. When fully charged it will have enough power to keep your headset charged for another five hours of talk time or seven days of standby time.

AudioIQ Technology

The Discovery 925 utilizes Plantronics' AudioIQ digital signal processing (DSP) technology for automatic noise control. For incoming calls, AudioIQ automatically adapts to background noise levels--from a quiet taxi to a noisy city street--and intelligently improves the receive quality, clarity and volume level. For outgoing calls, AudioIQ reduces background noise for listeners up to 7-8 decibels, or by approximately 50 percent. It also minimizes interference from artifacts such as speech distortions to maintain exceptionally clear voice intelligibility.

Multipoint Technology

It also includes multipoint technology, which allows you to effortlessly switch between calls on two Bluetooth devices--great for multitaskers. (This feature can be turned off to extend battery life.) The Discovery 925 is embedded with Bluetooth version 2.0+EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) for faster, more stable transmission, and it includes profiles for headset (connecting directly with a communication device) and hands-free (connecting to a car's hands-free kit). Controls include volume, call answer/end, voice activated dialing, and last number redial.
