This item includes the HL10 Handset Lifter. This essential device picks up the receiver on your office phone whenever you press the call button on you headset. When you are finished, simply hit the call button again and the HL10 drops the receiver. It also allows you to hear that your phone is ringing from your headset.

Important Note: The following functions cannot be performed remotely with the Plantronics CS50 HL10 Bundle Wireless Headset with the HL10 Lifter: transfer calls, switch lines, dial out, put call on hold. You can perform all of these functions while using the Plantronics CS50 HL10 Bundle Wireless Headset with the HL10 Lifter but you must do so by pressing the appropriate buttons on your telephone when back at your desk.

The Headset continuously charges in the cradle, and taking or ending a call is as simple as pressing a button with the optional Plantronics HL10 Lifter. Compatible with typical corded office or PBX-based phones, the CS50 headset can be worn on either ear or over-the-head for maximum, long wearing comfort. Optional behind-the-neck kit available also.
