Easy, Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges HeadsetExperts.com gladly accepts returns and exchanges on all Plantronics, Polycom, Walker, ClearOne, and Clarity, products within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Certain promotional trials might have longer return limits if specified on the order. Within the 30 days, you may return any Plantronics product in its original condition and packaging. Incomplete returns will receive a credit subtracting missing accessories or packaging. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee. We will pay replacement ground shipping for orders within the continental U.S. if return or exchange is as a result of our error (such as wrong product received). We will issue a full credit for the price of any returned item that meets the above conditions. Products by manufacturers not mentioned above (such as Listentech, and Teledex) may incur a restocking fee or be special-order items that can only be returned for warranty related service. Warranty & Repair for the life of the product All Plantronics, Clarity, and Walker products carry a 1 to 2-year warranty. Teledex high-end hospitality products carry a lifetime warranty. We will replace any defective Plantronics product with the same or better item during the warranty period. If the item is defective within 14 days of receipt, upon request we will provide a courtesy return label and ship the replacement at our expense. After 14 days, customers are responsible for shipping the defective items back to us. Upon request, we can arrange an Advanced Replacement secured by a credit card of warranty and exchange items needed quickly. Advanced replacement may not be available for special order products or products that have long build times. Polycom, ListenTech, Teledex, and other non-Plantronics products carry warranties that must be handled directly through the manufacturer; we will do our best to assist customers with warranty issues. Returns should include an RMA number (obtained by calling or emailing our sales dept.), a note describing the issue or defect, and a copy of the Packing Slip or Invoice in order to insure proper processing. Buyers outside the continental U.S. shall be responsible for both return shipping and replacement shipping above the cost of ground service to the continental US.
